BOXAPY - OUT

Living in Israel means constantly navigating pressure, uncertainty, and emotional intensity. On one hand, we deeply love this country; on the other, we face a relentless pace of life, stressful energy, impatience, rising costs, and the emotional weight of ongoing conflict. These experiences often accumulate inside our nervous system and create emotional stagnation, tension, and frustration.

Boxapy - OUT is an isolated, immersive space designed to release emotional overload. The installation places the viewer inside a dark room centered around a punch-bag equipped with sensors that map the interaction between body and motion. By hitting, moving, shouting, or letting go, users are encouraged to express whatever is stuck inside, whether it’s stress, anger, fear, or emotional triggers.

The project combines physical experience with therapeutic principles by offering a safe place to release tension, reconnect to the body, and discharge emotional buildup. OUT invites the audience to move, to express, and most importantly, to let themselves feel.
